GNPY Finmart (“we”, “us”) is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-287721) based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. We help clients invest in mutual fund schemes and also facilitate access to insurance, loans, equity broking, ITR filing, and real estate broking through appropriately licensed channels/partners.

2. Nature of Services , Distribution, Not Advisory

• We operate strictly as a Mutual Fund Distributor, not an Investment Adviser registered with SEBI.
• We do not charge advisory fees for mutual fund recommendations.
• We earn trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on investments made through our ARN. This is disclosed here in the interest of transparency, as required under AMFI guidelines.
• Any views, comparisons, or scheme suggestions shared on this website or by us are generic in nature and do not constitute personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy/sell any specific product.
• Actual transactions (purchase, redemption, switch) are processed by AMCs/RTAs (CAMS, KFintech, etc.), not by us. We do not hold client money or units.

3. Risk Disclosure

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk. Please read the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of each scheme carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. GNPY Finmart does not guarantee returns on any product.

4. Other Products (Insurance, Loans, Equity, ITR, Real Estate)

Where we facilitate insurance, lending, broking, tax-filing, or real estate services, these are offered through tied-up licensed entities/partners. We may earn referral fees or commission on these as well. Terms, eligibility, and approval rest solely with the respective product/ service provider.
